Refund policy
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@BonfiresBBQ.com. Please, include the order number, purchaser's name, contact name, and reason for return. If your return is accepted, Mail out your item to the address indicated in the acceptance email within 14 days from the arrival date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Before requesting a refund, consider that our products are handcrafted and could have termination details that are caused by handmade finish.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. All products from our market collection (such as meat, spices, firewood, lump charcoal, and all perishable food ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can not be returned. We do not accept returns for upon request items such as custom cutlery set products or any other personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your purchase for a refund up to 48 hs after you have placed the order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
